CarniStore: Deliveroo Hub, Kitchen Display & Food Operations

Food ecommerce has operational requirements that go well beyond a standard product page. At CarniStore, I built and improved tools for the teams preparing, packing and dispatching orders.
I created a Deliveroo hub integrated with Deliveroo and Odoo, including menu publishing and store controls. I also built a kitchen display system that helps the kitchen see what needs to be prepared for operations.
On Shopify, I structured food product information such as expiry, storage instructions, origin, ingredients, allergens and preservatives. I worked on printed labels with production dates, expiry and handling instructions, along with packing documents and product weights.
Related workflows included department order tagging, delivery scheduling, noon Send integration and a 2GIS geocoding layer to improve UAE location handling. The focus was to give each team the information and controls it needed to move orders through the business.
