Lior Bentov (Pesh) born 1984, is a multidisciplinary artist, living and working in Tel-Aviv, Israel. Pesh holds a B.A in Visual Communications from the Bezalel Academy of Art and Design. In his work, he creates stable compositions, playing with geometric shapes and making harmonic color palettes, which he applied usually on walls as big murals, or any surface that can contribute another layer of interest to the artwork.

I sat with Pesh to understand the scope of the project, the idea was to combine Arabic and Hebrew music to his work which was projected on the old city walls of Jerusalem and showcased the co existence of both languages and text in this holy place for both cultures

I had a good idea about what I wanted from the music side creating Arabic Oud melodies with klezmer Clarinet tunes and adding the excitment of transition in the installation with sound desgin and audio effects to enhance the visuals
