My job was to monitor & participation in bridge calls to provide the important technical updates to the stakeholders and helped the teams to solve them.

It involved extensive use of Splunk, Ichinga, MoogsoftAIops, Grafana, Putty Control-M, Dynatrace monitoring & Linux commands for checking the applications and server health.

Received appreciation from the client for being extra proactive in early detection of the issues
