When I joined the redesign of Ride and Drive — a growing network of car dealerships in Tennessee — the task was clear: rethink the entire digital experience.
This wasn’t just a facelift. The project required a new UX structure, an updated UI system, scalable design for expansion, and a visual tone that builds trust. From financing forms and test drive booking to real-time inventory and seasonal offers — every detail had to serve a functional purpose while staying easy to use.
I started with the homepage — the face of the brand. Here’s where users begin their journey: searching, comparing, and finding their next vehicle.

Inventory Cards Designed for Clarity
One of the priorities was to make the vehicle inventory easy to browse and compare at a glance. Each card highlights the most important info — price, mileage, fuel type, financing options — with visual tags that help users quickly spot deals, locations, and specifications.
Clean design and consistent structure keep the user focused and reduce friction in decision-making.
Designed to Adapt
The product card interface scales effortlessly — whether it's a simple listing or a full spec sheet with financing details and photo galleries. Everything stays organized, so users feel in control, not overwhelmed.
Beyond the visual layer, this project required a strong technical foundation. We designed and implemented scalable components for marketing banners, financing forms, dealership inventory, and more — all managed through a flexible admin dashboard.
It’s a live, working product powering multiple dealerships and constantly evolving.
