I wanted to transform the original website to a digital glow up journey. The original website shared information, but beauty decisions are emotional. Customers don't simply choose a service β they choose how they want to feel.
I designed the experience around the emotional journey of a customer:

Instagram inspiration, Luxury salon atmosphere, Personal stylist guidance, Beauty magazine, storytelling into one experience

-A full services menu (28+ services across 8 categories with pricing)

-A salon atmosphere section that sells the experience, not just the service

The Client experience;
-Clients book appointments directly through the website
-Upon booking they receive a magic link via WhatsApp (and email if provided) β no passwords, no app download needed
-The magic link gives them access to their personal profile: appointment history, loyalty tier, and rebooking
-Magic links expire every 30 days and refresh automatically
