BetterCallAi is a product i've been developing with a colleague and a friend. It provides the ability to use AI to respond to your calls or to emit calls with the intention of surveying, appointment scheduling, etc.

It is built on top of LLMs like ChatGPT ( and later bedrock) and lots of AWS services like LEX, Connect, and Lambda.

We have maintained and implemented this entire platform as terraform code ( which was a challenge because some of AWS services don't have native providers so created them ourselves)

We've built the product to be an online SaaS with the possibility of deploying on-premise or private cloud
