I joined Lighthouse, a California-based startup, during its early stages, contributing across various core areas such as analytics, insurance, property management, and content delivery. Each of these projects offered unique challenges and allowed me to create meaningful, user-focused solutions.

In internal analytics, I developed dashboards and reporting tools using Segment and Amplitude, enabling the team to track performance metrics and gain actionable insights. These tools have been essential for data-driven decision-making and improving operational efficiency.

For our insurance solution, built around Boost Insurance, I worked on streamlining workflows and simplifying interfaces for claims and policy management. This approach allowed our clients to navigate complex insurance processes more easily, enhancing overall usability.

In property management, I focused on creating powerful search features that help users find relevant properties quickly and accurately. I designed and implemented advanced search capabilities, allowing users to filter properties based on criteria such as location, price, and amenities. These search tools made it easier for both tenants and landlords to connect with the right listings, significantly improving the property discovery experience on our platform.

I developed several iterations of the company’s blog, utilizing Customer.io for targeted email campaigns and user engagement. This involved optimizing the blog structure, reducing load times, and refining navigation to make content more accessible. Each iteration was guided by user feedback, transforming the blog into an engaging and valuable resource.
