An original trailer for Tiger Mates, a revenge thriller by Amrish Shah (screenwriter of Don 2), produced end-to-end with an AI-augmented pipeline — no shoot, no crew.
The brief
Turn a screenplay into a pitch-ready trailer that sells the story, the characters, and the tone to producers and platforms.
What I did
Directed the trailer from script to final cut — locked the character bible and cast portraits, built multi-act storyboards, generated and graded every shot, led the music direction and sound design (a hybrid orchestral-electronic score with a recurring leitmotif), and cut the final 88-second edit with title and credit cards.
The pipeline
Magnific AI for character portraits, storyboards and scene generation · Kling AI for motion and lip-sync · ElevenLabs for voice and audio · Adobe After Effects for the edit, titles and audio mapping.
The partnership
Produced for Supermind Studio, Amrish Shah's production house, in association with ARCSAGE — a collaboration that grew out of my long-running book review work on his writing.
Why it matters
This is the proof that a single creative director with the right pipeline can deliver a cinematic trailer that used to need a full production unit. The same approach is available for book launches, series pitches, and brand films.
