🏢 Project Overview

I developed a cross-platform real estate and property management system for a real estate firm based in Atlanta, USA. The goal was to replace inefficient manual processes with a fully digital, scalable solution accessible on web, Android, and iOS platforms. The system was built using Ionic Framework, Node.js, and PostgreSQL, with integrations to Google APIs and Box for document and calendar handling.

Admin Dashboard: Role-based login for property managers, finance teams, and admins to monitor key KPIs.

Property & Tenant Management: CRUD features for properties, tenants, and leases — with filters and assignment logic.

Occupancy Dashboard: Visual summary of occupancy rates, overdue payments, and active/inactive listings.

Map View Integration: Google Maps view of all managed properties, with search and filter capabilities.

Custom Calendar Module: Track rent due dates, maintenance schedules, and team events with custom tagging.

Project Tracking: Monitor ongoing renovations or development projects across properties.

Document Management (Box API): Upload and manage lease agreements, contracts, and compliance docs.

Financial Exports: Generate downloadable reports on rent collection trends, overdue payments, and expense summaries.Technologies and Tools Used:
