Webflow Website for Real Estate Agency

Vitaliy Malyushko

This project was completed in 2019 for Boporten, a Swedish real estate agency. At the client’s request, I did not publish the original version featuring their official branding in my portfolio at the time. However, the live website is still online and actively maintained: boporten.se You can view my original design concept here: swedish-real-estate.webflow.io

Visual Strategy & Design Direction

To reposition Boporten as a premium real estate brand, I began by developing a clear visual communication strategy. The goal was to shift the perception of the company from generic brokerage to a trusted, elegant, and high-end real estate agency.

Moodboarding & Visual Exploration

To define the emotional tone and visual language, I created a moodboard that captured the core associations of luxury, trust, and Scandinavian minimalism.
Image style: I focused on spacious, naturally lit interiors and lifestyle shots to evoke calm sophistication.
Color palette: We explored muted earth tones and elegant neutrals to reflect both modernity and timelessness.
Typography: The fonts were selected to emphasize clarity, elegance, and hierarchy — supporting both UI legibility and brand perception.
UI shapes and elements: I opted for clean, geometric components with subtle rounded edges and micro-interactions, ensuring the experience feels modern and refined.

Information Architecture & Wireframes

I structured the website content around the user journey: homepage → property discovery → agent trust → conversion. Wireframes were created to define layout, navigation logic, and content hierarchy — prioritizing clarity and ease of access for both desktop and mobile users.

High-Fidelity Design Mockups

With the visual strategy and structure approved, I designed polished page layouts, balancing editorial-style visuals with clear CTAs. Each screen was carefully crafted to convey professionalism, trust, and warmth—matching Boporten’s real-world reputation.

Responsive Design Optimization

Mobile responsiveness was a priority throughout. I adapted the layouts for tablet and mobile screens, ensuring the browsing experience remained clean, fast, and intuitive across all devices.

Webflow Development & Launch

Once the designs were finalized, I translated them into a fully responsive and SEO-optimized Webflow website. Using Webflow’s CMS, I set up dynamic content structures for property listings and blog posts, making it easy for the client’s team to manage and update content internally. All transitions, interactions, and animations were implemented natively in Webflow—ensuring a fast, code-free, and scalable solution. The final site reflected the premium positioning Boporten needed and continues to serve their growing business in Stockholm and Göteborg.
