I built a SaaS product for B2B and B2C clients, including a solution for a leading healthcare provider roles and responsibilities • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify, analyze, and document business requirements to ensure alignment with client needs and objectives. • Translate business needs into comprehensive technical documentation • Lead and facilitate agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, backlog refinements, user stories, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives using JIRA. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, business units, and external vendors, to ensure seamless project execution • Manage change requests and assess their impact on project scope and timelines. • Set up and manage JIRA boards (Scrum and Kanban) for effective backlog and sprint tracking. • Integrate JIRA with Confluence to improve collaboration and documentation. • Work closely with engineering, UX, architecture, Ops, and QA teams to deliver high-quality product increments
