SolarWinds - For network monitoring and alerting to proactively detect system issues.
Microsoft 365 - To manage user accounts, email systems, and implement cloud-based collaboration tools.
VMware - For virtual server setup and resource management.
Kaspersky Endpoint Security - To implement company-wide security solutions and protect against malware.
Google Cloud Platform (GCP) - For cloud backup, storage, and disaster recovery solutions.
JIRA Service Desk - To manage IT support tickets and track service requests efficiently.
Zoom/Slack - To offer remote support, virtual troubleshooting, and team communication.
TeamViewer - For remote desktop access and real-time troubleshooting.
