My experience as Product Owner is focused on front-end journey optimisations. My team and I optimised Landing Pages for marketing campaigns, Product Listing pages and Product Detail pages.
The way I operate when starting the optimisation of an area:
- collect insights (from consumer research, analytics, stakeholders, ...) to gather input on consumer challenges
- estimate business opportunities to focus on
- brainstorm on potential solutions to develop and A/B test
- populate backlog
- prioritise initiatives to tackle each sprint based on consumer benefit, business opportunity, implementation complexity
The way I operate when creating a roadmap:
- identify KPI to determine success of the hypothesis that will be tested
- create a roadmap focused on company strategy execution and team's primary KPI optimisation
- breakdown the roadmap into achievable quarterly initiatives
- prioritise initiatives into development sprints
The way I operate when communicating progresses:
- Roadmap alignment to make sure stakeholders support and collaborate on quarterly initiatives
- Monthly stakeholders updates to communicate high level progress of a given quarterly initiative to a large group of stakeholders
- Sprint demo to give an in-depth update on initiatives progress and potential forum to ask for support to deliver it

A part from Product Owner-related activities, I contributed to digital the transformation of multinational companies that aimed to move from Waterfall to Agile. Specifically I provided input and ideas on how to move forward e.g. define Product Owner roles and responsibilities within the newly built digital entity; create communication strategy with stakeholders to transition from a report-based communication to objective and key results updates;
