Hi I am Serena, I have worked as Project Manager for several programs, in both medium and large size companies.

As a Project Manager in charge of a program I like to define the KPI and the target the project is aiming to address.

The latest program I led was for a multinational company, in the fashion industry. The main KPI was increase of Average Order Value and the target was +2% yoy.

We created a team that identified initiatives to achieve the target. With the working group we defined milestones, dependencies, approx. timelines for deliverables and stakeholders to involve in each step.

Clear goal, project overview, timelines and a communication strategy have been the keys to success.
