Built DITABOT.COM, a work-in-progress custom shipping platform for a small-business client that needed enterprise-grade logistics without the complexity.

Shipping is complex by default. Carrier rules, rates, labels, tracking, billing, and exceptions add up fast. Most small businesses aren’t shipping experts — and they shouldn’t have to be.

We designed a guided, pay-as-you-go workflow that lets teams ship like pros:

Multi-carrier rate comparison and shipment creation

Order tracking, exceptions, and billing reconciliation

Role-based admin controls and mobile-first UX

API-ready foundation for integrations

The goal isn’t cheaper shipping — it’s removing operational friction so small teams can compete with larger players.

This project reflects my focus on product design, workflow UX, and real-world operations.
