Groupe Dynamite Inc. is a Montreal-based, privately held, house of integrated omni-channel brands, designing and distributing accessible, trend-forward fashion for women since 1975.

GDI, one of the largest fashion brands in North America, approached me for a seamless transition of their existing Figma designs into a fully functional Webflow site. They also needed a Blog CMS built to ensure ongoing content management—a goal we successfully achieved.

In addition to the website development, it was crucial to support multiple language territories, specifically English and French. At the time, Webflow did not offer native localization, so we integrated Weglot to enable multilingual functionality, providing an efficient solution.

Needed to develop a user-friendly CMS for continuous site updates.

Design assets were available, but the site had yet to be launched.

Required multilingual support for English and French.

The existing website was on WordPress, with plugins causing significant issues.

Constructed a comprehensive CMS structure that is easy to manage using Webflow CMS.

Transformed Figma designs into an interactive, functional Webflow site.

Integrated Weglot to enable seamless language switching between English and French.

Migrated the site from WordPress to Webflow, including the setup of 301 redirects to preserve SEO integrity.

This project came to me through a referral from one of my talented designer colleagues, who needed a skilled Webflow developer to help bring a comprehensive website launch to life. Entrusted with the development phase, I took on the task of fully building and launching the website within a focused four-week timeline.

The client sought more than just technical assistance—they needed a complete brand refresh and a modernized web presence. The existing website was riddled with challenges, including design inconsistencies, performance inefficiencies, and outdated structures. Tackling these issues head-on, I ensured the redesign not only met contemporary standards but also aligned seamlessly with the brand’s new vision. The design was ready in Figma and my main role was to transition it into Webflow. Besides initial development, I also had the role of animating the whole website to make it more engaging and ensure a top-notch user experience.
