Introduction

The human body is a pretty amazing thing. It can heal itself after a cut, repair broken bones, and survive for months with no food at all
But it’s not always easy for the body to do all of this on its own-you have to give it the right tools to do so.
That’s why I’m going to share my top ten superfoods that have healing properties with you . The following list contains some of my favorite foods that helped me live an active life without pain or discomfort.

Chia seeds

Chia seeds are the highest plant source of omega-3 fatty acids and fiber. They’re also a good source of protein, calcium, magnesium, and potassium.
They can be added to smoothies, made into a pudding with milk or water, and used as an egg substitute in baked goods.
Chia seeds are great for digestion because they contain high amounts of insoluble fiber that help move food through your digestive system quickly, so you don’t feel sluggish after meals.
They also absorb water and form a gel-like substance when combined with liquid which helps slow down the absorption of sugar into the bloodstream preventing blood sugar spikes caused by eating foods with lots of carbohydrates like pieces of bread/portions of pasta etc. This means you’ll stay fuller longer between meals.

Turmeric powder

Turmeric powder is a potent antioxidant that’s been shown to reduce inflammation and protect your body from free radicals. It also has antibacterial properties, making it great for your immune system.
Turmeric can help with skin conditions like psoriasis, eczema, and acne due to its anti-inflammatory properties ( it even helps reduce the appearance of scars).
Turmeric contains curcumin which gives it it's bright yellow colouring. This compound has been linked to positive effects on blood pressure as well as fighting cancer cells in the colon or breast tissue when combined with black pepper ( piperine)
The active ingredient in turmeric, known as curcumin, has also been found useful for treating digestive issues such as irritable bowel syndrome ( IBS), Crohn's disease, or ulcerative colitis by reducing inflammation throughout the digestive tract while improving the absorption from food consumed through digestion processes within intestinal walls

Hemp seed

Hemp seeds are a source of protein and omega-3 fatty acids. They're also high in fiber, magnesium, and iron.
Hemp seeds are low in sodium, saturated fat, and cholesterol- making them an excellent choice for looking to eat healthier.
Hemp seeds contain no gluten, so people with celiac disease can consume them without worry

Aloe vera juice

Aloe vera juice is a superfood with healing properties. It's full of antioxidants, vitamins, and minerals that help to cleanse the body, maintain good health, and increase energy levels.
Aloe vera juice is also known for its anti-inflammatory properties, which can help reduce arthritis pain or other joint issues.
Aloe vera juice should be consumed on an empty stomach in the morning before breakfast or lunch (or both).
You can buy aloe vera juice at health food stores or online from sites like Amazon if you'd rather not go out shopping for it yourself! Make sure to keep your bottle refrigerated after opening so that it doesn't spoil prematurely

Maca powder

Maca powder is a root vegetable that has been used for centuries as a food and medicine. It's rich in vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants, making it an adaptogen than can help with energy levels
Maca powder contains more than 20 different minerals, including calcium and iron. These nutrients help to boost your immune system and keep you healthy by strengthening bones, muscles, and blood cells.
For example, A study published in the European Journal of Applied Physiology found that maca helped athletes perform better during workouts by increasing their endurance levels.

Spirulina

Spirulina is a blue-green algae that's high in protein, iron, B vitamins, and zinc. It also contains magnesium and selenium-two minerals you'll want to keep an eye on if you're pregnant or breastfeeding.
When it comes to nutrition, spirulina has the edge over other greens like kale because it's richer in calcium than milk ( which means it may help prevent osteoporosis), as well as vitamin A and K2.
And if you're worried about what happens when we eat green foods that contain chlorophyll-the pigment responsible for their color-dont be: Chlorophyll isn't harmful for humans at all; it actually helps our bodies detoxify heavy metals

Matcha green tea powder

Matcha green tea powder is the perfect superfood for those who want to get more antioxidants in their diet but don't have time to sit down and drink it.
It's made from finely ground green tea leaves, which means that it has more concentrated antioxidants than regular green tea
Matcha also has less caffeine than regular brewed or bottled teas ( about half as much), so if you're sensitive to caffeine or looking for an alternative to coffee, matcha could be right up your alley! And if all that wasn't enough, you can use it in smoothies and cooking too!

Papaya extract powder

Papaya extract powder is a powerful antioxidant that can help you with digestive problems, skin problems, and weight loss. It also contains vitamins A, C, and E and other vitamins and minerals.
Papaya extract powder is extracted from the fruit of the papaya tree (Carica papaya L. ), which grows in tropical regions worldwide.

Cacao powder

Cacao powder is a superfood that can be used in desserts and smoothies. It's high in fiber, magnesium, and iron. And it has many health benefits:
. Cacao helps with heart health because it contains antioxidants that protect the heart from damage caused by free radicals
. It also helps with brain function by improving memory, learning ability, and concentration levels. This may be because of its high flavonoids (plant chemicals).
. Cacao contains phenylethylamine, which increases endorphins in the brain to make you feel happy!
