•Help founders evaluate priorities, ideas, and strategy options;
•Reshape current business, including business & product, find abetter pricing model;  
•Separate legal tech idea into a venture-type legal tech startup forretails customers.
•We have delivered new strategy and product offer, including thepackaging with refreshed corporate style.
•We have delivered an outline: strategy scenarios, budget limitationsand customer development assumptions. 
Startup was launched within 2 months, achieved product-market fit in amonth, and is currently post-revenues.
