In these two videos, I walk through how you can automate your client onboarding process with Make and Zapier. Both workflows are triggered by a new Google Form response, which then creates a new Google Drive folder to hold client files, a Google Doc file to store the Google Form response in the client folder, and a Slack message to notify your team that a new client has filled out the form.
