Project Overview:
The founder of a DTC eCommerce brand sought help to scale their business and improve their Black Friday-Cyber Monday (BFCM) campaign. My approach included scaling ad spend on Meta and Google, enhancing affiliate marketing, optimizing conversion rate through web development, and implementing new email flows.
Results:
Sales Growth: Increased total sales by 50%, with a 16% increase in total orders and a 30% rise in average order value over the course of 1-year.
BFCM Campaign Success: Boosted BFCM net sales by 48% and gross sales by 42%, while maintaining a 4.96 blended ROAS and keeping discount levels steady.
