Early Background
I was hired early on to fix a Discord server that was made by hired help. I re-configured all the roles and permissions to keep the server secure. Followed by a multitude of setting up various Discord bots to take care of different jobs (Moderation, analytics, automation, community engagement, and more). I then proceeded to train the staff on how Discord works and how to moderate the chat to ensure a safe community. I offered to help handle things until their launch of their product at which time I helped facilitate the ticket system I installed for them and helped run customer support. After a successful launch I was offered to come on with a contractual base as their Head of Community.

Feedback: Collected ongoing feedback from the community.
Relationship Building: Built relationships both in and out of the community across other projects for collaborations, partnerships, and influencers.
Research: Compiled research on potential collaborations, partnerships, and influencers using my skills in Online Research.
Communication: Maintained communication to the community through chat, tickets, streaming, and more.
Task/Achievements Accomplished
KPI Tracking: Automated KPI tracking for Discord and Twitter, analyzing competitive projects and presenting findings to shareholders.
Campaign Management: Adjusted future campaigns and onboarding processes based on data and community feedback. Conducted a successful campaign involving AI art generation by community members.
Communications Strategy: Developed and implemented a communications strategy, actively engaged with the community on Discord.
Player Loyalty Program: Assisted in launching 'Mission Control', a web app to engage players and build player profiles during production.
Discord Ticketing System: Established a ticketing system in Discord linked to Click Up for efficient player support and feedback logging.
Early Access Launch: Coordinated early access launch of StarGarden at GDC and on Steam, organized streaming events, community surveys, and AMAs.
