Initially starting as a contractor for several months prior, I later joined seoplus+ in August 2017 as their Content Marketing Specialist. I remained the sole content writer for the company for several years, during which time my reputation for high-quality, adaptive copy and a commitment to reader satisfaction attracted dozens of clients. Many of these clients, even as we expanded in scope and workload, I was able to consistently please and retain. I later moved up to the role of Senior Content Writer & Editor, taking on additional work, VIP-level clients, and extra responsibilities while also personally engineering and implementing a new, higher standard of quality assurance/control for the Content Department. Along with this, I taught internal workshops, attended events, developed a myriad of internal processes and optimizations to help the company grow further, co-coordinated departmental operations in many respects, and extensively coached/supported all internal writing staff who were hired in the later years of my time here. This half-decade of dedication and focus on developing a variety of skills enabled me to move on from seoplus+ with full confidence in the capable, quality-driven team that I had happily left them. Since September 2022, I have operated as a freelance copywriter, editor, and content consultant.
