During the development of the SaaS platform, a comprehensive, user-centric dashboard was successfully designed and implemented, enabling property owners to independently manage the sale of their properties. An intuitive navigation system was created that categorizes the main stages of a For Sale By Owner (FSBO) real estate sale—such as “Activity,” “Marketing,” “Documents,” “Open House,” and “Purchase”—directly within the main user interface. Key metrics and data tracking modules were placed at the top of the toolbar, allowing sellers to visually track the property’s time on the market, the progress of the deal, pending tasks, and financial metrics, specifically displaying the “Potential Savings” metric to highlight the benefits of commission-free selling.
