An early version tried to answer everything itself.
Overconfidence, not helpfulness it kept trying to resolve things outside its lane instead of routing them. Built in clear boundaries after that: specific topics escalate immediately, no attempt to wing it.
→ The fix wasn't a smarter agent. It was a more honest one.
