As part of a collaboration with the Goleansigma team, I worked on Pictiva.de, a platform designed to make event photo sharing simple and engaging. My role covered both design and development, ensuring the product delivered a seamless experience across web and mobile.

Key Responsibilities and Achievements:

Designed the mobile app, web app, and website, focusing on a clean and intuitive user experience.

Implemented both the website and web application using React and Next.js, ensuring scalability and performance.

Developed core features including event creation, guest access via QR code or invitation code, photo uploads, and host–guest messaging.

These contributions were key in bringing Pictiva.de from concept to a fully functioning platform, providing hosts and guests with an easy way to connect and share memories.
