In addition, we integrated a custom CRM and automated functionalities to increase revenue. In doing so, their bounce rates were significantly reduced and average order value increased by approximately 20%.
Pushing the boundaries of what culinary brands could achieve online at the time, we automated the ordering process with highly granular pick-up and delivery options at the height of the pandemic, reducing administration hours by 6000% within the first month of use.
Lastly, we integrated a new email marketing channel that captured 400% more subscribers than the previous system, which has since seen significant growth as a new stream of revenue.
