The Identity
At the heart of The Graze Company, the driving philosophy is that life is a work of art, and every occasion should be a part of that masterpiece. Their goal is to elevate any gathering beyond gastronomic delight; they aid in crafting moments of beauty that will be remembered for a lifetime. Whether it is for a wedding, birthday, or even just because, they remind their community that life is meant to be savored and that beauty can be always found in the series of moments that make up the very fabric of our lives.
The Challenge
Within their first year, they had outgrown the capacity of their first website, and required a more robust platform that could handle the volume of orders they were receiving. The bounce rate of their mobile site was high, and their online sales revenue was capped at the rate at which they could respond to and fulfill inquiries manually.
We were approached with developing a new mobile friendly 20-page e-commerce website with the latest automated capabilities to allow The Graze Company to scale their business.
The Results
We first designed a UX-forward web and mobile experience that was clean and on-brand that could handle their high volume and traffic. In addition, we integrated a custom CRM and automated functionalities to increase revenue. In doing so, their bounce rates were significantly reduced and average order value increased by approximately 20%. Pushing the boundaries of what culinary brands could achieve online at the time, we automated the ordering process with highly granular pick-up and delivery options at the height of the pandemic, reducing administration hours by 6000% within the first month of use. Lastly, we integrated a new email marketing channel that captured 400% more subscribers than the previous system, which has since seen significant growth as a new stream of revenue. Since building the foundational platform for their current operations, we have also successfully launched numerous campaigns together to create an elevated online culinary experience to solidify The Graze Company as an industry authority.
