The Client uses Claims Centre application to submit and handle all their behavioral health insurance claims. The application has integration with all their upstream systems such as policy system, provider system and customer applications

·  Involved in Agile (Scrum Process) methodology-based interactive Project Planning, Test planning and coordinating on all SDLC phases

·  Contributed in designing test plans and test strategy for the project

·  Prepared manual test scripts/acceptance criteria for every sprint and performed manual testing

· Involved in implementation of Test Automation Framework for smoke and regression suite using Selenium Web driver, Python, Page Object Model, and Pytest

·  Involved in Functional Testing, Integration Testing, End to end testing, and pre-production validation 

·  Worked on test automation execution on different environments and browsers as part of Continuous Integration Process using Selenium Web driver and Jenkins

· Execute smoke test using Jenkins automatically after every successful build deployment

·   Developed and executed SQL queries to verify the proper insertion, deletion and updates into the SQL supporting tables and cubes

·  Tested web services for some of the integration APIs using POSTMAN

·  Prepared user documentation with screenshots for UAT (User Acceptance testing)
