Hey you,
"we're all in the same boat" has never been more appropriate, right? I know it's getting harder each day. I know your life has changed by 180 degrees. Instagram isn't the first app you open in the morning but google. I know you type "COVID cases in xyz province/country." I know seeing the graph go up scares you. I know that even if you cough twice a day, you think about it twice every hour. I know all this. Trust me. I know it's not getting easy, but it's not permanent. The only thing permanent is your relationship with your friends and family. And most importantly, your relationship with yourself. So here's your chance to call up that high school friend you haven't been able to take time for, try all those face masks, binge-watch shows and movies in your pajamas, and try out that new recipe. You have all the time in the world now, literally. We can either sulk and cry over the situation or use it as an opportunity to utilize our time at home. And this opportunity won't come again for a very long time. So for all those desperately waiting for this time to go by, one final tip: learn a new skill. You'd be surprised by how much that can occupy your day. This Pandemic came on all of us together, and we will get through this together.
Ultimately, I leave you with lots of love and advice you hear at least 15 times daily: stay home.
