FilmTailor AI is an early-stage startup based in the UK. They are on a mission to revolutionize productivity in the Film, TV, and Theatre production departments. They had an initial business plan and were looking to build an MVP in order to get pre-seed funding and start developing the product.

Anto had a vision and a business plan with rough concepts of the product and features.

UVP: One-stop AI-enhanced solution that offers innovation, efficiency and comprehensive assistance throughout the production process. Automated project management: Project plans from script uploads. Integrations: With existing software. Collaboration and design: Real-time collaboration tools and AI-assisted design generation for costumes, sets and props. Database integration: Access to resources for locations, actors, and production materials.

Understanding the Unique Value Proposition and figuring out the "Must have features" for the MVP was the first thing I did. By doing this, we ensured that we have a clear roadmap and focus on our strongest differentiators.

Using the business plan as a starting point, I was able to craft a UI Design for the main features of the MVP.

I designed a website that was able to share the unique value proposition of FilmTailor AI in a compelling way. This allowed the team to communicate and share the idea and vision with future users, investors, costumers and partners.

With this, we were able to present the problem and solution in a concise way, showcase the market opportunity and  business model, outline financial projections and funding needs, and showcase the MVP in a very graphic way
