Kajabi Personal Brand Website Build for Dr. Devin Vrana
Built a full 3-page Kajabi structure for Dr. Devin Vrana and The LightHouse brand. The goal was not just making pages look good, but creating a stronger emotional flow that guides visitors into the right path based on who they are.
The project included:
• Homepage rebuild • “For Chiropractors” sales page • “Work With Me” personal brand page • Full mobile optimization pass • Conversion-focused structural updates • Fast turnaround implementation inside Kajabi
The pages were designed so Dr. Devin could later plug in her own videos, photos, and final voice-driven copy without needing another rebuild.

The Challenge

The existing site had strong ideas and branding, but the structure needed to become clearer, more emotional, and easier to navigate.
The biggest challenge was balancing two different audiences inside the same brand:
General audience / personal brand visitors
Chiropractors entering the “Adjust the Adjuster” world
The pages also needed to feel premium while still staying warm and personal.
Another important part was making the site feel strong on mobile since most visitors were expected from Instagram and mobile traffic.

Structural & Conversion Improvements

During the final feedback round, several conversion-focused upgrades were added across all pages.

Added Video Placeholder System

Created 6 video-ready containers across the site with:
16:9 responsive structure
Gold borders
Eyebrow headings
Mobile-friendly layouts
Future-ready embed support
This allowed the client to quickly add talking-head videos later without redesigning sections.

Built a Countdown Timer

Added a live countdown timer to the “For Chiropractors” page to support the founding offer launch.
The timer was styled to match the luxury/editorial branding using:
Gold typography
Dark background
Elegant spacing
Mobile responsiveness

Created Emotional Story Blocks

Added personal story placeholder containers throughout the site so the client could later drop in longer-form emotional copy.
These sections used:
Serif italic typography
Soft gold accents
Editorial spacing
Callout styling

Created Screenshot-Worthy Sections

Several areas were redesigned specifically to become more visually memorable and shareable.
Examples:
“Same brand. Different rooms.”
Manifesto pull-quote treatment
“The power that made the body heals the body.”
Closing quote treatment
The goal was making visitors stop scrolling.

Mobile Optimization

A full mobile QA pass was completed across all three pages.
This included:
Better text wrapping
CTA spacing fixes
Responsive section stacking
FAQ usability
Countdown readability
Mobile typography balancing
Button touch optimization
The mobile experience became the primary focus because most traffic was expected from phones.

Design Direction

The visual direction focused on:
Editorial luxury

Teal/fuchsia accent balance
Spacious layouts
Emotional pacing
The site intentionally avoids overcomplicated animations or heavy layouts. The structure itself does the work.
