PESA: Product Platform, Design System & Brand

OVERVIEW
PESA builds secure video systems for command centers and enterprise operations. I was hired to design Secura, the software operators use to run that hardware, then expanded the work into the company’s identity, website, intranet, and customer portal.
SECURA
Secura is a certified application suite for switching video, audio, keyboard, and mouse between sources and displays; recording feeds; configuring users and access policy; maintaining systems; and monitoring activity and licensing.
DESIGN SYSTEM
I created the interface system shared across SwitchStream, Pulse, Configure, Maintenance, and Dashboard. The suite uses consistent navigation, controls, status patterns, and one product mark per application.
BRAND AND POSITIONING
PESA needed to reach enterprise customers without losing the authority of its defense business. I redesigned the identity, introduced “See. Know. Act.”, and created distinct Director and Command positioning for enterprise and defense buyers.
ONE DIGITAL PLATFORM
I built one SvelteKit and Payload codebase for the public website, employee intranet, and customer portal. A shared authentication layer determines what each visitor can see while PESA owns and manages the complete system.
