The diction of Bulgakov texts is not so convoluted, is plain enough. The manner of contemplating and mirroring reality in his satirist and fanciful works is something what enchants our minds and makes us ponder.

This highly competitive Scholarship program gives the opportunity to study English Literature at Oxford or Cambridge in the summer. I've decided to jump into this chance to emerge in the world of English Literature.
About two weeks of research, skimming my notes taken when I had been reading Bulgakov's works, scrutinizing even petty details of Bulgakov biography, diving into Russian Literature, and, finally, writing the essay about the most influential author of the 20th century. The work was finished and submitted.
It was such a delight and honor to receive the letter after almost one month. I did it! I got the scholarship and the opportunity to attend Oxford.
Although I wasn't able to go to Oxford this summer due to some circumstances, the most valuable and essential are the experience, knowledge, and skills that I acquired.

Bulgakov’s manuscripts are flashes of reality and truth that are shown through humor and satire on political and social regimes.

Seemingly it was a composite of well-rounded characters, sumptuous diction of texts, captivating, and to some extent, peculiar plots. Having read Mikhail Bulgakov’s most renowned book “The Master and Margarita”, I realized the strength and grandeur of Russian literature.
