"Luxurious Beachfront Villa"
"Stone Water 7 is a meticulously designed beachfront villa that blends modern architectural elegance with the tranquility of coastal living. The residence boasts a bold geometric composition, featuring clean lines, expansive glass facades, and a sophisticated material palette that harmonizes with its natural surroundings."
SOFTWARES: REVIT +  SKETCHUP + UNREAL ENGINE 5.3.2
The villa’s design emphasizes seamless indoor-outdoor integration, with large openings that maximize ocean views and natural light.
Site & Orientation:
Situated on a prime beachfront plot, the villa is oriented to capture uninterrupted ocean views while maintaining privacy from the adjacent properties. The design follows a linear organization, optimizing both the seafront and street-facing elevations. The landscape is curated with native vegetation, palm trees, and a sand-textured hardscape that seamlessly blends into the natural beachfront terrain.
Form & Spatial Organization
The villa is composed of interlocking cubic masses, articulated with cantilevered sections, double-height spaces, and recessed terraces that create a dynamic façade. A central atrium serves as the spatial and visual anchor, connecting the various levels and allowing daylight to penetrate deep into the interior.
Material Palette & Facade Treatment:
The villa’s exterior is a composition of smooth white stucco, textured stone cladding, and floor-to-ceiling glass panels. These materials not only enhance the villa’s modernist character but also respond to the climatic conditions of the beachfront setting. Vertical and horizontal sunshades mitigate solar gain, while the use of deep overhangs and recessed balconies provides passive cooling.
A feature wall clad in rough-cut stone extends from the ground to the upper levels, anchoring the design and adding a tactile contrast to the smooth plastered surfaces.
High-performance, low-E glazing is used to regulate thermal gain while maintaining transparency.
The strategic placement of louvers and overhangs prevents glare while allowing filtered daylight into the interiors. Warm wood paneling is introduced in soffits, balcony railings, and interior finishes to soften the material palette and create a sense of warmth.
Stone Water 7 is an architectural statement that embodies modernist principles while embracing its coastal context. Through a combination of bold geometries, contextual sensitivity, and passive design strategies, the villa achieves an effortless balance between luxury, functionality, and environmental responsiveness making it a true beachfront sanctuary.
