Imagine this.
A potential customer fills out a form on your website.
Someone on your team copies their details into a spreadsheet.
Another person forwards the inquiry.
Someone else updates the CRM.
And hopefully, somebody remembers to follow up.
Five different steps. Multiple people. One customer inquiry.
Now imagine if those steps worked together automatically.
𝗧𝗵𝗮𝘁'𝘀 𝘄𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝗔𝗜 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗯𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗮𝘂𝘁𝗼𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗰𝗮𝗻 𝗺𝗮𝗸𝗲 𝗮 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗹 𝗱𝗶𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲.
Here's what a smarter process could look like:
1)A new inquiry automatically creates a customer record.
2)AI helps identify what the customer needs.
3)The right team member receives a notification.
4)A personalized follow-up is drafted for review.
5)Customer information stays organized across connected tools.
And when AI isn't confident about something?
𝗜𝘁 𝘀𝗵𝗼𝘂𝗹𝗱 𝗮𝘀𝗸 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗵𝘂𝗺𝗮𝗻 𝗿𝗲𝘃𝗶𝗲𝘄, 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗷𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝗴𝘂𝗲𝘀𝘀.
Because the goal isn't to automate everything blindly.
It's to build systems that are useful, reliable, and actually make running a business easier.

Sometimes, it's the one that removes five unnecessary steps from a process your team repeats every day.
That's the kind of solution I'm interested in building.
Using AI agents, n8n, APIs, and workflow automation to connect business tools and solve practical problems.
I've also launched a service dedicated to helping businesses automate these processes:
𝗡𝗼𝘄, 𝗜'𝗺 𝗰𝘂𝗿𝗶𝗼𝘂𝘀:
If you could eliminate ONE repetitive task from your business tomorrow, what would it be?
I'd love to hear what people are dealing with.
