Challenge: The brand had an unengaged list of 23,000 contacts that had never received a single email. The challenge was to revitalize this list and turn it into a valuable asset for future marketing efforts.
Strategy: I implemented a comprehensive email list segmentation strategy for a diverse, non-niche store offering thousands of products across various demographics. Using detailed buyer profiles and interest-based segmentation, I strategically tailored messages to different customer groups, ensuring highly relevant content for each segment.
Execution:
Segmentation: I created targeted segments, grouping contacts based on their interests, demographics, and buying behavior. This allowed for more personalized and engaging communication.
Engagement Focus: I focused on nurturing relationships by delivering content that resonated with each segment, utilizing compelling offers and value-driven messaging.
Results:
In under 20 days, I transformed an unengaged list of 23,000 contacts, who had never received a single email, into 8,000 highly engaged warm leads, ready to purchase, and an additional list of 5,000 high-potential buyers.
Bringing the open rate to 51.52%
Working with a diverse, non-niche store offering thousands of products across various demographics, I developed targeted segments based on interests and buyer profiles. This strategic approach led to a significant increase in open rates and conversions. Bringing the open rate to 41.25% and the click rate to 10.42%.
