AI Assistant for Workflix's Internal Operations

Workflix is an internal SaaS ecosystem engineered to bridge the gap between homeowners and internal operations. It empowers homeowners to effortlessly book inspections and track maintenance, while enabling internal teams to automate scheduling, generate reports, and manage customer communications in one centralized hub.

Internal operations for property maintenance are notoriously fragmented. Teams face significant friction:

Information Silos: Customer requests, technician availability, and inspection reports are scattered across different tools.

Efficiency Bottlenecks: Manual scheduling and report generation drain hours of productive time daily.

Communication Gaps: Homeowners are left in the dark regarding maintenance status and recommendations.

To tackle operational inefficiency, I designed an AI Assistant tailored for the internal team dashboard. Instead of manually parsing data, staff can interact with a smart assistant to execute complex tasks instantly.

Contextual Chat Interface: A clean, split-screen layout allowing users to chat with the AI while viewing real-time system data.

Actionable UI Cards: The AI doesn't just talk; it delivers interactive components (e.g., automated schedules, draft reports) directly in the chat bubble that users can approve or edit with one click.

Proactive Recommendations: The assistant flags urgent maintenance requests and suggests optimized routing for inspectors.
