Reliable Receptionist

The scope of the project:

Reliable Receptionist is a website for virtual live receptionists, aiming to improve customer service within professional service industries. The website offers custom business services including appointment scheduling, client intake forms, and more solutions when you’re unavailable to take a call, to manage the workload more effectively.

My direct contributions to it / rationale for choosing a specific design solutions:

The project appears to be a re-design of an outdated UX and old-fashioned UI. I have revisited their user flow, journey map and tried to simplify it by doing a competitor analysis, updating the visual imagery and enhanced the usability of the service.
