As the demand for Miles & Miles continues to rise, the influx of inquiries and calls from new clients has strained their operational capacity. In response to this backlog, Miles & Miles are actively seeking a remedy. This project was an exploration of how a mobile application could enable customers to make their own bookings, granting them greater control over their accounts and ultimately alleviating the existing backlog.
