UareAI: Website Redesign for an AI Company After a $10.3M Seed

UareAI lets people build an Individual AI of themselves, shaped by their own experiences and knowledge. It's a big idea, and after a $10.3M seed round the company was still running on the site an agency had built for it. That site didn't show the product, was missing the pages people look for before signing up, converted few visitors and didn't look like UareAI at all. So I redesigned it around the product itself.

UareAI needed a site that could:

Show what the product does from the first screen

Add the pages people look for before they sign up

Turn more visitors into members

Look like the company UareAI had become

The product, from the first scroll. The app is on screen straight away, with sections for building, chatting and discovering. Visitors see what they'd actually use instead of reading a paragraph about it.

The pages that were missing. I added them and carried the brand's illustrated, human style through every one (the line "Authentic, not Artificial" does a lot of heavy lifting here).

Sign-ups that land in HubSpot once. Each sign-up reaches the CRM a single time. Duplicates merge on their own, links are signed, and tracking waits for consent.

Search built in from the start. Page structure, metadata and structured data went in during the build, so nothing had to be bolted on later.

The new site shows the product, has the pages that were missing and finally looks like the company UareAI is now. The old conversion problems are fixed, and it shows up in search better than before.
