What I Did:

Integrated Vectara with ManyChat to enable seamless interaction on WhatsApp.
Created and configured the AI Virtual Assistant to address customer queries and provide support.
Designed conversational workflows to enhance user experience and engagement.
Tested and optimized the assistant for better performance and accuracy.
Monitored interactions and refined the system based on user feedback.
