Create WhatsApp AI Assistant

Developed an AI Virtual Assistant for Now or Never Fitness by integrating Vectara as a knowledge base with ManyChat on WhatsApp, aimed at improving customer support.

What I Did:

Set up Vectara to serve as the knowledge base for accurate information retrieval.

Integrated Vectara with ManyChat to enable seamless interaction on WhatsApp.

Created and configured the AI Virtual Assistant to address customer queries and provide support.
