Ommend AI is a next-generation, native AI-powered Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform engineered to optimize corporate workflows and deepen customer engagement. The primary mission of the software is to help companies build stronger, more meaningful client relationships while completely automating tedious, repetitive manual tasks. The objective of this project was to design an intuitive, slick, and high-converting B2B SaaS landing page that makes sophisticated CRM data management feel effortlessly simple.

Traditional CRM platforms are notorious for being text-heavy, complicated to onboard, and exhausting to navigate due to dense data tables and disjointed feature lists. Introducing an AI-centric CRM created a double challenge: we had to clearly communicate advanced automation capabilities without intimidating the user, while ensuring that dashboard previews looked highly capable, organized, and inviting to modern sales and operations teams.

We implemented a deliberate, conversion-oriented UI/UX strategy natively inside Figma, focusing on spatial hierarchy, clarity, and visual relief:

The High-Impact Hero Section: Positioned a clean, high-fidelity native dashboard mockup directly below a bold value proposition, instantly giving potential clients visual proof of the platform’s streamlined user interface.

Visualizing the Automation: Reimagined complex workflows—such as automated email follow-ups, customer lifecycle tracking, and predictive sales forecasting—into minimalist, digestible visual graphics and card components.

Frictionless Data Layouts: Replaced traditional cluttered spreadsheets with spacious, beautifully structured dashboard widgets that use sharp contrast and elegant type scales to ensure data points can be scanned in 3 seconds.

Strategic Conversion Pipelines: Placed high-contrast, compelling Call-to-Action (CTA) elements at high-intent scrolling sections to lower the barrier for product demos and sign-ups.
