To match its unique story and refined yet welcoming ambiance, I designed a new logo and full brand identity that reflects the restaurant’s heritage while appealing to its medium-budget audience. The new logo balances tradition and craftsmanship, symbolized by the iconic millstone, with a contemporary touch to attract both regular guests and new visitors.
