ANIMEOLOGY

Animeology is an online store dedicated to lovers of anime and geek culture. The project consists of the design of a logo and packaging (stickers and wrapping paper).

✨ Client's desire

Customers wanted the identity to show a fun and eye-catching attitude, and using pink and blue to stand out.

💡Visual Strategy

The preference of both colors in high saturation was used to take advantage mostly of the most detailed graphic elements and little coverage (outlines, patterns, etc.).

Based on the two pre-established colors, I established three colors of low saturation and low contrast that serve both as a basis for the other parts of the design (background), and for the creation of pieces and visual resources that include text and image.

The use of a gradient dot pattern is inspired by comic and manga backgrounds (usually used in shadows and give more impact to a scene).

👀 Thoughts and perspective

The union of pink and blue represented in the texture of dots, gives character adapted to a diverse audience. The brand seeks to captivate and entertain the public from the surprise and emotion of its products and services.
