AI Voice Agent – Automated Cold-Calling & Callback: Built an AI-driven outbound voice automation using Retell AI and Make.com, integrated with Zoho CRM and Cal.com, to streamline lead outreach for an energy savings company.

The system autonomously dials prospects, qualifies interest, books appointments, handles callbacks, and syncs results to CRM.

AI workflow: Scheduler batches leads from Sheets/CRM, triggers 3-5 Retell AI calls, logs results to CRM. Handles callbacks with context, and auto-sends info via webhook + Make.com (60–120s) using Gmail/SendGrid, logging all events.
