I currently manage and grow Hightail Hair’s ambassador community, acting as the central point of connection between the brand and its ambassadors. My focus is on building genuine relationships, keeping engagement high, and creating a fun, motivating environment that encourages consistent participation and brand advocacy.

I lead daily communication inside the ambassador Instagram chat, onboard new ambassadors, and plan interactive challenges, giveaways, and campaigns that keep the community energized. Alongside community engagement, I support the program with hype-driven emails, on-brand Canva graphics, and weekly updates to ensure alignment and momentum.
