About the Project

Ticket Hoss is a mobile application designed to simplify event discovery and ticket purchasing for sports, concerts, and other live events. The app empowers users to seamlessly browse upcoming events, purchase tickets, and manage them—all within an intuitive interface.

The Challenge

Ticket Hoss approached our team with a vision: to create a seamless, user-centric mobile app that would make buying tickets fast and effortless, while reinforcing a strong brand identity. Key objectives included:
User-Friendly Design – An engaging interface that guides users smoothly from event discovery to ticket checkout.
Brand Consistency – A cohesive look and feel across all screens and user interactions.
Flexible Technology Stack – A robust mobile platform able to handle spikes in user traffic during popular events.
Cross-Platform Reach – Ensuring a consistent experience on both iOS and Android devices.

The Solution

As the primary UI/UX and product designer for Ticket Hoss, I set out to create a visually appealing, modern interface that optimized user flow from the moment users opened the app. Leveraging research and user insights, I designed clear navigation paths, compelling calls to action, and intuitive controls that catered to a broad range of event-goers.
The 7Seas development team, under my direction for design alignment, handled the heavy lifting for app development. I collaborated closely with them to ensure every design element was executed accurately and maintained consistency with the brand ethos.
Together, we established:
Sleek & Cohesive UI: Created wireframes and high-fidelity mockups in Figma/Sketch to illustrate a uniform design language.
Optimized User Flows: Prioritized ease of browsing and purchasing, ensuring minimal friction for users.
Clear Calls to Action: Strategically placed and clearly labeled buttons at each step to guide users toward ticket purchases.
Branding Integration: Maintained consistent color palettes, typography, and iconography across the entire app experience.

My Role & Contributions

UI/UX Design

Developed the entire user flow for ticket browsing, purchasing, and management.
Created wireframes, mockups, and prototypes based on user research and testing feedback.
Ensured the interface was aesthetically aligned with the client’s brand style and objectives.

Product Design

Collaborated with stakeholders to define features and workflows.
Prepared and refined product roadmaps and feature prioritization to align with business goals.
Gathered and incorporated user feedback throughout the design lifecycle.

Collaboration with 7Seas Development Team

Provided design assets and guidelines to the 7Seas developers for seamless integration.
Maintained close communication to clarify design intentions and address technical feasibility.
Reviewed builds and provided feedback to ensure design fidelity across iOS and Android platforms.

This case study underscores my specialization in UI/UX design, product strategy, and close cross-functional collaboration to ensure project success.
