From handmade collections to a personal enquiry
AnnA Handmade & Graveren creates personalised gifts and handmade decorations in Tilburg. The website lets visitors explore the work and describe a custom order directly to the maker.
The experience brings together 13 collections, product galleries, an explanation of the ordering process and a detailed enquiry form. The form gathers useful context such as the collection, occasion, personalisation and preferred date. WhatsApp, Facebook and email provide alternative ways to get in touch.
My role and workflow
I created and manage the website, directing the work and personally reviewing and testing it. AI assisted with the coding. The site offers Dutch, Polish and English versions.
Technology and launch setup
Built with Astro, with launch setup covering Google Analytics 4, Google tags, Google Search Console, Google Business Profile and Google Ads.

This is an enquiry-led catalogue rather than a checkout-based online shop. The image shows the live website; no lead, sales or conversion-growth figures are claimed.
