DISCOMFORT FUELING CREATIVITY: A REFLECTIVE ESSAY
This long-form essay is on my Substack called The Cornerstone. In it, I share a positive spin on discomfort's impact on the creativity process and how it can be used as a spark for clarity, honesty, and realignment. To ground this perspective, I also share the way I've used what's now my signature envisioning practice — a meditative visualization practice mixed with journaling used with clients to reconnect with purpose, messaging, and emotional truth before building offers, content, or strategy.
You'll also get links to key pieces of my work, including a workshop, podcast, freebies, and social content grounded in the same practice.
This piece is the essence of how I lead: with intuition, clarity, and strategy that feels good
