Creating The Insurance Management Portal for Sabemi
I joined Sabemi as a front-end software engineer and helped them build an insurance management portal for their consumers in Brazil from scratch.
Problem
The existing system was outdate, and unable to handle the increasing users, leading to customer dissatisfaction and inefficiencies.
My Contributions
As a front-end developer, I utilized my skills in Angular, TypeScript, HTML, and technical writing to create a responsive and modular portal. My focus was on creating a responsive portal to ensure accessibility across various devices.
Outcomes
The new portal resulted in a 100% increase in loading speeds and successfully onboarded over 340,000 users. This significantly improved customer satisfaction and operational efficiency, establishing Sabemi as a leader in the InsurTech industry in Brazil.
