I joined Colgate as a freelancer to build a management portal for creating automated microsite stores from scratch. By the end of the project, we developed the entire portal to spin up new stores in seconds. Throughout the journey, I acted as a developer using Node.js, Next.js, and GCP, and also as a consultant providing best practices and guiding my team members.

Colgate-Palmolive needed a scalable solution to quickly create and manage multiple microsite stores for their PCA Skin brand. The existing process was time-consuming and inefficient, hindering their ability to rapidly deploy new stores.

As a Senior Software Engineer, I started the development of the portal using Node.js, Next.js, and GCP. I also utilized PostgreSQL as the database, TypeScript and AI to analyze images automatically. Additionally, I provided technical writing and documentation, and guided the team on best practices.
